A gem for breakfast lovers

The hotel's breakfast was a good surprise, with an array of options that catered to various dietary needs. The staff were helpful.

Our room lacked adequate heating, chilly some nights, affecting our comfort. The decor felt a bit outdated compared to newer hotels.

Overall it was well laid out and tastefully decorated with comfortable armchairs.

Well, the area was just fine overall.

As many people have already written in reviews, it's a terrific breakfast! We had a great room, there's room for everything, with a view of their rooftop park, where it's always nice to walk, as well as a shared balcony overlooking the city, where you can take wonderful pictures. The staff is very responsive and always ready to help with any request! Next to the hotel there is not only walking areas of the historic city, but also shopping mall, where you can buy both food and a new suitcase. P.S. And as the girl from the reception told us: "This is Sweden, everything is cheap here!"

In this hotel, as in the whole city, to be honest, there are no minuses to the word at all.

A Cozy Gem in the Heart of Malmö!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The lounge offered a perfect spot for coffee and cookies, while the nearby Kungfu Dumplings was a good find for handmade baos. Make sure to take a stroll in the lovely garden for some sun and relaxation.

Everything was perfect: accommodation, breakfast, fitness center, location is excellent...

There were difficulties in renting bicycles at the hotel and staff was not customer-oriented in this respect. 1. On the first day of the stay, receptionist was asked when bicycles could be rented at any time. 2. the next day, at 11 a. m., we decided to rent bicycles, receptionist said that all the bicycles are busy, you can use the city services, did not explain how to do it, did not answer the clarifying questions and did not show any assistance (customer-oriented), saying that you call the company (recommended by the hotel: malmo by bike) yourself and find out the details. asked why we were told yesterday that we can rent a bike at any time, employee shrugged. In order to find out the details of the city bike rental, we went to the tourist center and found out that the rental conditions in this company are specific (as well as the bikes themselves) and they did not suit us. 3. Upon returning to the hotel in 2 hours. we once again clarified whether there are free bikes, time we were told: yes. there are, free, It would seem that nothing bad. again, I will say about the lack of customer focus - the staff could have taken the initiative on their own: inform us by phone, send a message to the post office that the bicycles are free and you can rent them - it would have saved us time and left more positive emotions from the stay,

Nice hotel for transit guests. Convenient location allowed for an evening stroll around the city (we were passing through). Good underground parking 250SEK 24 hours a day. In fact, we first found a parking lot, then the hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good and varied. Room is small, functional. Nice view of the inner garden... Basically, hotel is located on the upper floors of the city parking lot. It's a good price for such a hotel. perfectly situated for a weekend filled with exploration

I loved that the hotel is right in the heart of town, making it super easy to stroll to nearby attractions like Little Square, and I enjoyed unwinding on the roof garden after a day of exploring the city.

Great location in centre of Malmo, close to railway and bus station and in the heart of the city centre. The hotel was good quality and the room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was super crowded, there was no glass, cutlery, etc.

The location was superb, just a short walk to the Central Station and many attractions. The breakfast was good, with a great variety of local and international options.

Room size could be cramped.

Very good location smack dab in the middle of Malmoe, next to excellent coffeeshop. Very helpful personnel, free wireless internet, luscious breakfast buffet, quiet small rooms - perfect for a quick trip to the city, but do not expect luxury as suggested by the rather grand name.

The breakfast had an amazing range, especially the fresh yogurts and smoked salmon. Rooms were comfortable, but the lack of air conditioning was good. A pleasant stay 😊

The room was failrly cold and the decor was quite tired. The bathroom was small and smelly

Excellent location at Malmo Center, sauna and free wi-fi.

Some parts look really oldy and little re-arrangement would be nice.

Great location close to the shops and restaurants, budget, clean and quiet.
